Trainees who complete this program will be able to:
– name and explain the function of the three major parts of the power section of AC inverter;
– explain how an AC inverter controls the speed and torque of an induction motor;
– explain the major differences between a PWM inverter and six-step inverter;
– describe and AC inverter can be programmed to match the requirements of a specific application;
